Kenneth has experience as a housing inspector for a major US city for over 15 years. He is certified as a Construction Specialist and is Carpentry Certified eligible. Over the years, he has participated in numerous seminars and training programs regarding housing, mold, and safety issues.

Rob Peter M.D., Ph.D., CMI, CMR
Rob Peter, M.D. Ph.D., obtained his Medical Training in Emergency Medicine, and his research training in Molecular Biology. Currently, he is a research scientist at a university in California and specializes in major health issues. He is an expert scientist in the field of microorganism and maintains the highest possible standard of accurate data reporting.His commitment to Medicine and Science makes his contribution to SMI as a consultant a vital aspect of the success of SMI. Debra Grobe
Debra Grobe has a solid background in the sciences and in property management.
She is a University- trained chemist with an emphasis in organic chemistry, and completed postgraduate research in the physiological sciences. To augment her science training, she also trained as an Emergency Medical Technologist (EMT-1A). Additionally, she has been active in the management of several apartment buildings, learning the challenges that both tenants and landlords face, especially with respect to mold. This experience makes her an invaluable resource for the SMI Team when working with Landlord-Tenant situations.
